Before joining TCP Global , Mr. Birch was Chief Operating Officer of Sentinel Asset Management, Inc. and Sentinel Administrative Services, Inc., both members of National Life Group. There he was responsible for all operations and administration including product management and marketing. Prior to joining Sentinel in September 2005, Mr. Birch was head of transfer agency for State Street Bank’s Luxembourg office. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of American Skandia Investment Services, Inc. and Managing Director for Gabelli Funds, Inc. and Gabelli International.

Mr. Birch earned his MA in Tax at the Administrative College of Denmark in Copenhagen, and a PMD at the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He is fluent in English, Danish, and German.
