Before joining The Cardinal Partners in 2019 where she is covering social media and electronic marketing activities, Ms. Birch spent 12 years in the Finance Department at the University of Connecticut where she was responsible for leading major projects, building teams, training staff and assisting all levels of academic activities from students to Deans. In addition to leading a team which processed over 30,000 student fee bills each semester, she has deep experience in leading complex software implementations, designing and delivering a broad range of policies and procedures, and providing effective client service – skills which she is already applying across many TCPG functions.

Prior to UConn, Ms. Birch worked for Gabelli Asset Management in both the New York and London offices, doing market research and providing administrative support to Gabelli Portfolio Managers.

Ms. Birch earned her BA in Spanish and Sociology from the University of Connecticut. She is fluent in English, Danish, and Spanish.
